Free for guests. Flat fee for owners.
Pribado connects guests directly with resort owners. Guests pay nothing extra, and owners pay a small flat fee to keep the platform running. A minimal 1% service fee is deducted from the owner's payout per booking — never added to the guest's total.

How Owner Billing Works
Guests Book & Pay You
Guests see your QR codes and payment details. They pay you directly — no middleman holding your money.
We Track Completions
After each booking is verified and the guest checks out, we count it toward your billing cycle across all your resorts.
Pay ₱560 Every 5th Booking
After every 5 completed bookings, you receive an invoice for ₱560. Pay via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, PayMongo, or PayPal within 7 days.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do guests pay any platform fees?
No. Guests pay zero platform fees. The price shown on a resort listing is exactly what the guest pays to the resort owner. There are no hidden fees added by Pribado.
What is the 1% service fee?
A 1% service fee is applied to each completed booking. This fee is deducted from the resort owner's payout — it is NOT added on top of the guest's total. For example, on a ₱10,000 booking, ₱100 goes to Pribado and ₱9,900 goes to the owner.
How does the ₱560 per 5 bookings work?
We track completed bookings across ALL your resorts (holistic billing, not per individual resort). After every 5th verified and completed booking, we automatically generate an invoice for ₱560. You can view your progress and pay invoices from your Billing dashboard.
What counts as a 'completed transaction'?
A booking where the guest's payment has been verified and the booking has been marked as COMPLETED (checked out by the guest). Cancelled, expired, or pending bookings do not count.
How do guests pay me?
You upload your own GCash QR code, Maya QR code, and/or bank account details to your resort listing. Guests pay you directly using those details. Pribado never holds or processes the booking payment.
Can I list multiple resorts?
Yes! You can list unlimited properties at no extra cost. Your billing cycle is tracked holistically across all your resorts — every 5 total completed bookings triggers one ₱560 invoice.
What are Tour Rate Plans?
Tour Rate Plans let you set different pricing for different booking types. For example, you can offer a Day Tour for 20 guests at ₱5,000, an Overnight stay for 10 guests at ₱8,000, and a Whole Day rental at ₱12,000 — each with its own check-in/check-out times and guest limits.
What happens if I don't pay the platform fee?
We'll send reminders via in-app notification. If the invoice remains unpaid past the 7-day due period, your listings may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding fees are settled.
